How
to make silky smooth Chocolate pudding...
Ingredients:
3
cups milk
4
egg yolks
¾
cup sugar
1
pinch salt
¼
cup corn flour
¼
cup unsweetened cocoa powder
2
tbsp of unsalted butter
¼
cup cream
2
tbsp chocolate chips
Method:
Whisk
together sugar, salt, cocoa powder and corn flour.
Then
whisk milk to make a thick paste.
Add
egg yolks and whisk to this mixture.
Pour
this mixture into a sauce pan and heat it .
Whisk
continuously while heating the mixture.
Stop
heating while bubbles appears and splutters.
Add
the butter and chocolate chips to the hot mix and whisk well to dissolve it.
Transfer
the contents into a bowl.(can use a sieve to avoid lumps)
Place
in the refrigerator for about four hours so that the pudding can chill and
settle.
