How To Make Eggie Caps


Let us make an easy and delicious  recipe with Egg and Capsicum.

Basic Ingredients:

1. Capsicum-2
2. Onion-2
3. Green Chilli-2
4. Grinded coconut – 2 tbsp
4. Egg-2
5. Oil-2 tea spoons
6. Salt- Enough to taste


Preparation method:

Heat the pan to make it dry. Pour 2 teaspoons of oil. Chop the capsicum, onion and green chillies  to fine pieces. Add the chopped ingredients to the pan. Stir it until it becomes light brown. Add grinded coconut and enough salt to taste. Then add 2 eggs to the pan and stir well to blend it properly with other contents. Continuously stir the contents until it becomes dry.
