Chilly Fish is a very unique Indo Chinese combination. Just simple and elegant. It goes well with noodles and fried rice. Here is an easy recipe to prepare it.
Ingredients:
Fish fillets 8
Egg 1
Garlic paste 1tsp
Ginger paste 1 tsp
Pepper powder 2 tsp
Chilli powder 1tsp
Corn flour 4 tsp
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Chilli sauce 2 tbsp
Tomato sauce 2 tbsp
Soya sauce 1 tbsp
Onion 1
Green chilli 2
Ginger- a small piece
Coriander leaves - 2 sprigs
Oil
Salt
Method:
Cut
the Fish fillets into small pieces. Mix the soya sauce, ginger- garlic paste,
salt, lemon juice, chilli powder, pepper powder ,egg and corn flour. Marinate
the Fish pieces with this mix for about 30 mins. Deep fry these pieces. Heat 4 tsps of oil in a frying pan. Finely chop the
onion, ginger and green chillies. Add these to the pan and saute it for about
5-7 mins. Add tomato sauce, chilli sauce, and fried fish to it. Mix them
properly and heat it for 5 mins.
Sprinkle chopped coriander leaves over
it. Remove from heat and serve.
