Homemade chocolate



Christmas is coming...Season of chocolates and cakes. Wanna make some cute chocolates of your own design?

 

Ingredients:
  • Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
  • Milk powder - 250 gm
  • Butter - 1/4 cup
  • Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
  • Sugar - 1 cup
  • water - 1/2 cup
  • Dry fruits (Raisins/Pistachios/Cashew)
Preparation:

  1. Boil sugar and water in a pan until it becomes 1 string consistency.
  2. Remove from flame. Add butter, cocoa powder, milk powder and vanilla essence into it and mix well without any lumps.( you may mix broken nuts)
  3. Let it cool. Make small balls with this mixture.
  4. You may make chocolates of any shape or size and can stuff it with cashews, raisins or pistachios.
  5. Refrigerate the chocolates for 15 min.
  6. Decorate the chocolates by wrapping it with colored foils.
