Christmas
is coming...Season of chocolates and cakes. Wanna make some cute chocolates of
your own design?
Ingredients:
- Cocoa powder - 1/4 cup
- Milk powder - 250 gm
- Butter - 1/4 cup
- Vanilla essence - 1/2 tsp
- Sugar - 1 cup
- water - 1/2 cup
- Dry fruits (Raisins/Pistachios/Cashew)
Preparation:
- Boil sugar and water in a pan until it becomes 1 string consistency.
- Remove from flame. Add butter, cocoa powder, milk powder and vanilla essence into it and mix well without any lumps.( you may mix broken nuts)
- Let it cool. Make small balls with this mixture.
- You may make chocolates of any shape or size and can stuff it with cashews, raisins or pistachios.
- Refrigerate the chocolates for 15 min.
- Decorate the chocolates by wrapping it with colored foils.
